Policies
- All reservation requests are considered tentative until you receive a confirmation from us.
- A major credit card is required to hold your reservation. We reserve the right to charge your card a $25 PROCESSING FEE, which will be credited when you settle your bill.
- Cancellation policy: If you must cancel, please call us as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 14-days of your planned arrival date are subject to a cancellation charge equal to the standard rate for one night's lodging in the room you reserved.
- No shows will be charged in full as if they completed their stay as booked.
- Reservations for any Friday or Saturday night may require a minimum two-night stay (e.g., Thursday-Friday, Friday-Saturday, or Saturday-Sunday). Some holiday weekends require a three-night minimum stay.
